We are proud to say that we are an Authorized Dealer for CARL'S PLACE. All our products come directly from the manufacturer and are covered by Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of the original purchase, subject to conditions and limitations.
The golf simulator packages by Carl's Place offered on our Site may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the product's description on the manufacturer’s website or as otherwise provided by the manufacturer, and to the extent we are contractually permitted to pass through any warranty from a manufacturer we will make reasonable efforts to do so. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer's warranty.

Carl’s Place does not offer a warranty in the screen and enclosures because are considered ‘wearable’. Making sure the customer’s setup meets their recommendations for best performance will ensure they get the most life out of their products.
